To supervise evening and weekend business in the Orangery Restaurant
To liaise regularly with our current Daytime Orangery Supervisor and between you build up a capable team.
Work closely with all Chefs
Monitor and Control Bookings
Monitor Stock Levels for restaurant products, and ensure storage areas are kept in order.
Aid in the running of Occasional Theme Nights
Training will be provided to ensure a good understanding of billing procedures.
You are accountable to the Food & Beverage Managers
Requirements; To be polite & friendly
Have restaurant experience
Good disposition towards customers
High regard for Standards
Basic billing experience
Motivation and Initiative
Quick to Learn
Patience & Calmness
Full and Part Time positions are also available in the Food and Beverage Department - Casual or Contracted
